A new 10k PB!
And quite possibly a new 5k PB.
And, possibly, a 5m PB as well... I'll have to check.

41:55 for the 10.
This is a pace of 6:44 per mile. Which, crucially (for me), is faster than the 6:59 pace that I set my 7mile PB at several years ago. So I am officially faster than ever before!
