Yes, tonite's entry is the big 1198. When I first started doing blip I could only dream of reaching the 1198th entry & yet here, the festive season of 2014, I am.

It's clear on reaching such a milestone I should thank certain people because without them how on earth would I have reached this moment and so, in no particular order, is my list of gratitude:

1. James Cook. A seaman. Where would any of us be without seamen?
2. Chevy Chase's mother because without her we would be Chevy less
3. Jackie Chan. He made my femininity acceptable
4. Arthur Blessed. Because....
5. The Queen

One day I intend to reach my 2134th entry but for now this moment, this chalk in the ground, is enough.
