Does advertising work?

I've been at home all weekend, nursing a cold and offering a bit of tlc to Mum who has a chest infection. Searching for a Sunday evening blip in these circumstances was a challenge, so I thought I would set you a question about advertising. Do you know which advert this represents? Did you think the advert was interesting/cute/endearing/irritating/etc? Do you shop at that store or not?
