One of those days ...

As 9pm approaches it's been one of those days where I've been in the same place for 13 hours now. Working from home from one laptop, and set up and ready to study, when work is finished, from another. And leaving my position only for a five minute lunch and reheated leftovers for yesterday's evening meal. No time either for a run tonight, but it'll be squeezed in later this week I'm sure.
