Who is this

Mom got this surprise in the mail this week. What if it? It's not a cat...it just sits there like a bump on a log. Mom wants us to learn to play with it. It actually has no play in it. Nice of mom to share it with us what ever it is. Perhaps it will lighten up after awhile.
