Hot hot hot

When I got home from work at 5.30 it was over 30 degrees C in my living room.  Ugh!  Too hot for this time of year.  But at least it is a dry heat - not that horrid humid stuff we had last week.

I don't have anything flowering at my house at the moment so I went for a wander over to my neighbour's garden  (it was cooler than in my house by at least 2 degrees) and found this bee being industrious.
