Carols

For the first time I was able to be at the whole of Daughter No.3's school carol service. Usually the best I can do is dash in for a few minutes in the middle of a work day and try to spot her from the back! Seeing as this is her last one as she is moving on to Senior School next year it was lucky that a TOIL day landed on a useful day for a change!

Daughter No.3 was happy she had a responsible role - but as the only cello in the orchestra it did mean she was hidden at the back. She had better get used to it - as far as I can tell, the cellos are usually at the back in school shows (speaking as a veteran of many years' viola playing - also stuck at the back, next to the cellos!)
