Fading light

It's not been a great day for my photography today. I got "glutened" for the second time in a month by a busy restaurant, yesterday. Cue a couple of weeks of pain and fatigue. I wish more chefs would realise that for many of us it's not a fad, it's a debilitating intolerance. It's not me making life difficult, it's me making sure I can function. I'd give anything to be able to have gluten again, you would not believe how much I miss Danish Pastries.
