Party Crasher

Santa crashed our table at a charity event for disabled kids...we were shocked and giggled like kids!
This annual event draws hundreds to support a program that provides therapy using horses. My artists group provides auction items and gathers barrels of toys for Santa to give the kids. My friend's organization, Bitterroot Therapeutic Riding, provides a miracle for kids and adults with mental and physical disabilities....they are actually transformed when they get on the back of these well-trained therapy horses and ride around a large arena. I've seen bent-over like a wet noodle kids lifted out of wheel-chairs onto the horses and, within two circles of the course, sit up straight as sticks and do a parade wave to the trainers. Brings tears to my eyes every time....
