A rapid trip to town after school to buy a present for each of the children in my class, saw this blip materialise. It was a little bland, so a sprinkling of stars was called for. Christmas parties at school today, huge amounts of excitement and an excellent feat of organisation again by Mrs C.
Today, I would like to have an "off" switch for my brain, there is far too much going round my head, most of which I have zero control over. Writing it all down has worked before, I might just try that tonight.

Isn’t it funny that at Christmas something in you gets so lonely for – I don’t know what exactly, but it’s something that you don’t mind so much not having at other times.
