OK - this is Thursday (11th)...
I went to the hospital for a CT scan (don’t panic – nobody thinks it’s for anything serious – a chronic nuisance but almost certainly not serious). The appointment was at 7:30pm and the place was deserted. On the reception desk was a note saying
“If you’ve come for a CT Scan pick up the phone and ring the following number …”
So I did – and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
