Popped in past our local up itself too posh for normal people rip off "farm shop" today enroute to gymnastics with Niamh for a wee perusal for last minute Christmas presents...

After seeing a pink bobble hat for £50 I decided that snobbery has no sense and left.

With foodbanks struggling to supply meals for families, head-teachers worrying about kids going home to cold, dark houses whilst politicians fight to keep their champagne allowances, obscene amounts of money are spent on footballers' wages and illegal and disgusting wars and war machines, a £50 hat is perhaps not a big thing.

It does however, sum up the rift in society.

Still, they did have the funkiest Christmas display I have seen this year!
