City tiger III (the real size)

Discovered in Besançon, where we had a lunch break on our drive back to Paris.
Everything went fine, until we hit the 80:20 (or even the 98:2) rule in Paris. For the last 15 km we needed 3 hours. A section of the Périphérique was fully closed, creating a traffic chaos.
