Pigeonman
I don't often photograph street performers as it can be a bit like photographing a photograph: they are making their own tableaux after all. But this man (if it was a man) was striking, a kind of reverse scarecrow: a welcome-pigeon. I presume there was something that attracted them, perhaps tiny seeds secreted and distributed in the thick greasy makeup he was entirely coated in. Very hard to get a good angle though, something that was more than a tourist snap of this oddly grotesque attraction.
