These boots are made for walking

My walking boots were at least ten years old and have accompanied me on walks of many miles and over various terrains. Now the tread on the soles has lost grip as I've worn them down. I certainly had my money's worth though!

These are their successors, bought in the sales (which seem to get earlier every year). They are much lighter than my old ones as technology has improved over the years and they told me that dubbin is no longer used on leather boots. How times change! I look forward to trying them out soon.
