Tagging

Nothing more than willful Vandalism is what tagging is, letters or undecipherable squiggles done by people who call themselves artists. Usually done on buildings or walls and fences and just another case of Defacing Public Property. Unlike Graffiti which can be art masterpieces created by talented artists. Some exciting changes happening today at Blip Central so I am getting in early today by doing my Blip before work and not after work.
