Hexham Abbey

Well, a model of the Abbey!

We popped into Hexham today for some food shopping and to collect two final Christmas presents. While we were there we popped into the Abbey thinking I might be able to find a blip. Unfortunately there was a choir rehearsal taking place which restricted our visit so no blip from inside the Abbey itself.

We took a quick walk through the newly opened interactive exhibition of the Abbey's medieval former monastery buildings. There was a great deal to see and read and we didn't have time to do it justice. This is a quick blip of a model of the Abbey. It's not the best picture but the best I can do today. Heading to work shortly on a night shift. Will catch up with you all 'on the other side' as blip central are calling it!!
