Emergency Kit

Felt awful today; short of breath, runny nose, high temperature, light headed, couldn't get warm, barking cough . . .

In the end I had to go out to get supplies. The hot water bottle was because I couldn't muster the strength to find my own which is lurking somewhere in the hoose :(
