Day 15

Planting a chocolate elf seed. Frankly I am distressed that the elf used up my caster sugar and one of my precious dairy free chocolate chips but I imagine it was due to a lack of alternatives/imagination...

"I think it will grow into a huge tree with chocolate bars hanging off it!"

So expectations were high! We came home to find a chocolate penguin lolly had grown! Milk chocolate with white chocolate details.
"But I don't like white chocolate"
"You could try it? Maybe it'll be ok mixed with brown?"
"*bites off a bit* Nope, still don't like it"
"Ok, no problems, we could leave it for Daddy and you can have something else?"
"Could you get the white off?!"
"I can try! *makes an effort and doesn't do badly but still leaves much of the white in tact* I'm sorry it just won't come off, maybe we need to give it to Daddy?"
"It's ok, I'll eat the brown bits *scoffs the lot*"
