Spring lambs

The first lambs of spring and the first to be born at the
Ouseburn farm for quite some time. The farm is quite
small and is not that far from Newcastle city centre but
there are sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits and
guinea pigs there. It is a community farm open to the
public where parents can bring their kids and school
children can come and learn about horticulture and
caring for animals. It also caters for vulnerable adults
and those with learning disabilities and they can come
and work on the farm if they wish or just have their
lunch there and some company. It's also a great place
to work and this is where I am currently employed!
