Belated Celebration

I fixed Corn Beef and Cabbage (with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Also had potato rolls and cherry pie for dessert. Dinner was a huge success but we won't talk about the pie! Family couldn't make it last night so we celebrated tonight. What can you expect from a bunch of Swedes!
