Dear Photo Diary

By rutherfordium

Not you again!

" Look at her, down there, pointing that thing at me again. Two days in a row she's bothered me at breakfast time. She's supposed to be blipping a bird today, but it's not working out. She's getting desperate. They're too fast, she says. She's too slow, I say!

Look at the state of her, hiding behind that tree, as if the birds don't know she's there. They can sense her a mile off. There they are, perched on the branches, making sure they're just too far for her lens to reach, with a suitable amount of foliage covering their heads. There she is, hitting delete, delete, delete, as another dozen duffers appear on her screen.

I bet she'll blip me again. She swore she'd never blip the same thing two days in a row but she's busy. She doesn't have time to take any other pictures today. I hope her fellow blippers forgive her, I know I won't. "
