So, day five of the detox and my first headache-free day. Hoorah, seems like it's starting to work. Before I start getting too smug, let's just see how I fare with an alcohol-free weekend.

At a conference all day which wasn't really terribly useful or informative. In fact, let's be honest, it was bloody awful. Never mind, it's the weekend - enjoy!
