Sunlit wheelie bins

It's bin a lovely sunny day in Manchester, it is early evening, and the sun is low on the horizon with it's rays streaming through the window onto the red office wheelie bins and reflecting light onto the back wall.

I happened to have my camera (as I nearly always do), and mindful of the study that chaos is doing on light, I thought it would make a good picture (since I had nothing else anyway).
I think it turned out to be a bit like Dr Who....perhaps the next incarnation of the "Tardis" should be as a wheelie bin.

I don't have too much to say about light in photography except that light is light, and dark is the absence of light - you can fine tune the balance between the two to get the result you want.

Incidentally, I was wondering why blipping gets so stressful and time-consuming sometimes. Of course, its not so much the photographs, it's the bluddy commenting. I like commenting, It's all part of the enjoyment - one comment made is one comment made , but if you normally do 20 comments, then one comment made is nineteen comments you haven't made, and potentially nineteen people feeling ignored.
No pressure there then.
Another area to get the balance right.
