Sign Of Spring?

I set off to work today with camera in hand having heard rumours that the first dafodils of Spring have been sited in our local park in St. Annes On Sea

However, on my way there, I was intrigued to see this sign, seemingly totally random, outside a house overlooking said park.

Not only is is a useful GPS fix ,though I can't vouch for the accuracy, but we were just discussing our next city break and Barcelona cropped up as an option. Surely this is a sign that we should go back there.
