Intent on recipes

My other half is sick today and hence only able to watch cookery programmes (so far Fat Man in a White Hat; Storyville King of Pastry, a touch of Come Dine With Me and some old and very much banned in our household Gary Rhodes). The net result of this is some very intense poring over cookbooks (we have a lot), probably to find a way to use our farmers' market ingredients from this morning. Not as outlandish as normal - last time we ended up a with a woodcock (cook whole with innards in, and head on) and I only just managed to veto the squirrel on that occasion.

It's all good though :)
