Salmon

I bought a full fillet of a large salmon today...

I thought it was a good move considering we're having at least one meal of salmon every week. I thought I'd just buy it, cut it up and freeze some of it. It sounded easy in my head until I opened the pack up, it had skin on it... I

It took me a few goes to skin the salmon but, I eventually mastered it! I'm pretty impressed with myself, considering this was the first time I've skinned a fillet of this size!
