Howland's Landing- Miah's Home

This is where our son Miah lives and works on Catalina Island. Peggy flew us to the airport on the island for a Buffalo-cheeseburger lunch today. Miah works as the waterfront director during the summer months and teaches sustainable living and ecology in the camp during the spring and summer. A beautiful day. There were no boats in the Landing today. I hope we can sail over soon for a 4 day island getaway and put one of these moorings to use!
