Dried Rose
I only promised not to post any more spring flowers, so today's blip is a tea rose that I dried a couple of years ago. There's always so much more texture and character to a dried petal, a bit like cartridge paper and sometimes so delicate and brittle it easily disintegrates.
A quiet Sunday with nothing much to report. My dear mother-in-law is in hospital quite ill at the moment, so I'm worried about her. She loves tea roses and I reckon I was thinking about her when I decided on today's subject.
