peeps!

It's peep week and I had the opportunity of attending the annual peep showcase in DC. This is a finalist from the peep diorama contest. It is a scene from the classic children's story Goodnight moon, written by Margret Wise Brown. The dioramas were incredible! I am defiantly doing this next year with kids- and possibly entering the contest myself. I could not believe the detail- and the humor. After taking my picture in front of the car with the giant peep on the roof, I headed to the first and only peep store in the country. I found a treasure and spent the rest of the day planning what I could do for next years contest. I LOVE PEEPS!
