Amanda?s Awesome Osso Buco

Tonight, I went for a three hour ride and Amanda pulled out the Le Cruset dutch -- err French ? oven and made some Osso Buco. That?s a veal shank for us laymen. Everytime we go to Costco, we end up with a new cookbook, though, lately, their choices have been thinner. Today?s book was Williams-Sonoma?s Essentials of Slow Cooking. Amanda?s been wanting to use the Dutch Oven I got for her many a Christmas ago.

It was as good as it looked.
