hedge to the hog, mush to the room
This is one of my scores from yesterday's farmers market. o m g ... so good. they are buttery. if you have a chance to get your hands on some hedgehog mushrooms, do it! you won't regret it.
i sauteed them with nettles (which I boiled first to take out the sting) and garlic. mixed them with sauteed chicken and homemade whole wheat linguine (also from the market) and a little bit of goat cheese. it was a near perfect meal. :)
