Busting Out All Over

I had several nice photos to choose from after a walk along one the canals in Walnut Creek. I chose this one because the other subjects are more apt to be there another day.

I have lots of Oleanders near my home, but I don't think I've ever seen one with seeds bursting from a pod before.
