New Muesli

I made a fresh batch of muesli this morning!

I always make my own because the commercial ones available tend to either be too sweet with loads of sugar in or contain dried fruits such as currants, raisins, sultanas etc, which I don't like very much.

I've put on shedloads of weight since being ill and I need to start taking action, so something good for breakfast that will mean I can get to lunchtime without snacking should help.

Recipe: Muesli base 1kg, Chopped dates 250g, Chopped apricots 250g, Diced papaya 125g, Broken brazil nuts 200g, Pumpkin seeds 125g, Sunflower seeds 125g, Sliced coconut 100g!

Yummy!
