Sunday dinner...

Ok, so the photo doesn't do it justice but trust me, it tasted amazing!

This was the first time I made Risotto with (almost!) no assistance from Steph!

It was a prawn, sausage, chorizo and mozzerella risotto.

I'm really missing getting out with the SLR at the moment but with work all weekend and University work all week, there just doesn't seem to be any spare time!
