Freshly baked...

Craigie boy and Lisa came through yesterday so this morning I thought I'd bake his favourite Carrot Cake. Everyone has their own Carrot Cake recipe; mine is a variation on one from Wendy Craig's's Food for Children cookbook I bought in the 80s. In the background is my 32 yr old Tricity Marquis cooker, which is still going strong although it needs a lot of guess work for the oven timings!

I might make another one for Blipcentral to celebrate the new look!
