Salad days

This is one of my favourite buys at the moment. Its living salad I buy from ASDA. It lasts for ages and means that we always have some nice fresh leaves to hand and eat more!

This is all tied in to my health kick, I ran (and walked a bit) 2.4 miles this evening in 22 mins, not great I know but a vast improvement for me!
