Lunch at the White Hart

The menu was so fantastic we couldn't decide what to have. In the end I chose spit roast pork with black pudding and roast pear, with a truffle mash. Really good! Orla was hilarious - when Lili's pizza was brought to the table, Orla decided to add extra toppings from her lunchbox - a bit of half eaten apple and tomato.

Went to Fodder for coffee. Also got some beer for later.

Mum made dinner at West Winds, even though we were celebrating her birthday. Charles and Kirsty came round and Orla stayed up. She wouldn't go to bed and ended up going to bed at the same time as us.

Unfortunately Dad couldn't enjoy himself very much as he had a tickly cough. We didn't finish the beer and only had a bit of the vintage port he opened after dinner.
