Kinetic Sculpture
Escaped for a lunchtime walk down at the seafront at Prestonpans....last chance for a few days as I'll be busy with strategic planning meetings over the next three days (which is always rather too intense).
This is a sculpture by Lesley Frank Chorley which was commisioned to commemerate some of the major past industries of Prestonpans (soap works, salt works and coal mining) and makes for a fine spectacle reminiscent of a Kandinsky abstract painting.
Got a few other good shots along the shore as well but this time resisted the temptation to turn them into black and white shots as I have done before a few times.
