Going Bananas
As part of a healthier regime I will be making sure I get some good things into my daily diet.
Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamin b complex and vitamin c. They also contain tryptophan which naturally boost seratonin in the brain. I call bananas the happy fruit and really feel better when I have at least one a day.
