looney birds

these are a few of our local parrot flock. there must be maybe a thousand of these guys living around here.
these birds cannot fly without squawking... all the time. they're very noisy and colorful and funny. they'll hang up side down and look at you as if you're doing something odd.
they make me smile and sometimes laugh out loud. I like 'em... but I am glad they haven't set up house in my yard!
