The Joys of Amazon!

I'm off to Prague just after easter and wanted to get a zoom lens before going.
Finally settled on a Canon EFS - S55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS. My decision was mainly down to price and the fact that it has image stabilization. The lens was £230 in Currys, £219 in Jessops and a bargain £167 on Amazon (marketplace)
Got a few other things as well, spare battery - 6 quid. Remote control 5 quid and a tripod which is 45cm at its smallest and 125cm at its tallest. It's not the sturdiest thing in the world but it'll do me and was a bargain 8 quid.
