Texas shaped eggs... Normal right?

One of my favorite people in the world came over for breakfast this morning. I thought she could use a good laugh. I made her Texas Eggs over-easy. You've probably heard of Texas Toast. Me too. But not Texas Eggs. I made them up. She seemed to like them. They made her laugh at least.
