Brownies!

Whats the best bit about baking? Licking a spoon covered in the chocolate mix!!

Annoyingly i'm still not well, this is starting to get extremely frustrating as I haven't been able to train now for two weeks! I did however still head into work where things were just as frustrating as my health.

A document needed to be issued and was passed to me for checking and final formatting before it was issued, but the formatting of the word document was terrible, and no matter what I tried, I just couldn't get it right, change one thing and something somewhere else on the document would then move or change! I ended up having to get a blank template and copy the text over, although the formatting of the official blank template from the documents dept wasn't much better. I then had to figure out issues with one of our slightly frustrating programmes, its the sort of programme that is brilliant if you use it all of the time, but unfortunately I don't, yet some people still think you are an expert because you have been on a course, which incidentally I left still feeling confused.

Soon enough it was time to leave for home where I have had an evening of cooking, mushroom risotto, and fresh out of the oven, dark chocolate brownies!
