If all else fails...

I can't help thinking that I'm reading this banner in a slightly different way than was intended by whoever wrote it. But on a day as dreich as today, perhaps it can't help seeming a little hopeless and forlorn.

If I were going to pray - and it does seem unlikely - I'd probably go round the corner to somewhere a bit more awe-inspiring.
