Puzzled?

As a school governor I was invited to attend a 'Governors' Open morning' today - and I was bemused and amazed to see this chap standing over 7 feet tall in the playground.

If you can't tell, he's made completely from LEGO - but what you can't see is that in the opposite corner of the playground was a Storm Trouper (or something similar) - much shorter than the basketball player though which surprised me.
