New town

Had the pleasure of attending a conference at the Vienna office of a large business software supplier (a German three-letter company) today.

The building is located next to an area which used to be a barren wasteland until shortly...being close to Vienna's danube island recreational area some smart real estate developer must have figured out that lots of money can be made here, hence the place is being plastered with nicer Austrian versions of classical Soviet era precast concrete slab buildings.

I took advantage of the mild temperatures in the evening for a brief stroll and took some pictures of the place.
