Thai curry for dinner tonight. Tried a new green thai curry paste from M&S but was disappointed with it. Think I'll stick to Asda's next time! No fancy nonsense for me :)

I always admire the colours of fresh veg when I make Thai curry (or anything with veg for that matter) just something really satisfying and beautiful about it.
