Life Coach

Had my life coaching course his morning. Very good. We had 20 minutes each to listen to our class partner. You really get to know the a lot about the other person's private life.

Had to deal with a situation later to do with a young person who lost it in the Information Centre. Was less about listening and more about calmly directing him out the door, didn't stop him slamming his fist against the window outside (lucky it's plastic!).

Another late one home. Working from home tomorrow.
