Much like the rest of the economy, the real estate market in Shanghai is booming. Prices in downtown Puxi are a whopping 20,000 RMB/m2. That means if I do the math right, our (rented) quaint little 1 bedroom (80 m2) runs at about 1,600,000 RMB or $235,000... Any takers?
